Order forms can be found within the kit so ensure you review the full document and submit your order forms.
Exhibitors can also order online. Please note that if you do not know your booth number, enter "0" (zero). Online ordering is available until August 23, 2022.
move-in & move-out hours
- Move-in Hours: Sunday, August 28 from 1:00pm to 7:00pm
- Move-out Hours: Wednesday, August 31 from 1:30pm to 5:00pm
No exhibitor will be allowed to dismantle or repack any part of their exhibit until after the closing of the show at 1:30pm.
Each 10' x 10' booth space includes the following:
- 8' high drapery backwall - teal blue
- 3' high drapery sidewalls - teal blue
- 1 - 6' x 2' skirted table - teal blue
- 2 - Chairs
- 1 – Wastebasket
- 1 - Basic Power Outlet

DOHaD secured Wi-Fi is available throughout the congress venue except in the Exhibit Hall. We recommend downloading documents or videos required at your booth to circumvent additional charges. Should you need to purchase additional wi-fi to support your booth activities in the exhibit hall, please click here to arrange for this upgrade at your own expense.

|Liability Insurance Certificate to be sent||by August 12|
Certificate of Liability Insurance is required for a minimum amount of $5,000,000 per occurrence and such other forms of insurance as may be appropriate to cover your obligations in connection with exhibiting at DOHaD 2022. The Certificate of Liability Insurance must name the following organizations as additional insured:

A copy of your policy must be received by August 12, 2022 in order to exhibit at DOHaD 2022. If you cannot provide this document, you will not be permitted to exhibit at the conference.
If you do not have adequate Certificate of Liability Insurance, please contact ProLink. ProLink services only available to Canadian companies.

The following services and products are provided: AV, F&B, Electrical, Plumbing, Rigging, Booth Security, Booth Cleaning.
***All Exhibitors must pre-register all staff prior to the Exhibitor move-in***
All exhibitor registrations must be completed by August 12, 2022. To register, please click here. Complimentary registration codes will not be accepted on-site. Exhibitor registration codes will be distributed to email address connected to the booth. If you have question regarding registration, please contact our registration team at DOHaD.firstname.lastname@example.org.
DOHaD 2022 has secured preferred rates for exhibitors and delegates at the Pan Pacific Vancouver. The deadline for meeting rate reservations is Wednesday, August 3, 2022. As of Wednesday, August 3, 2022, rooms are based on hotel rates and availability. Hotel information & reservations can be made HERE!
